of 14 th and F Streets, N.W. The bookstore posts events on
its web sites such as book signings, live radio broadcasting,
and student and senior savings. Hours of operation are Mon
- Thu 8am-9pm; Fri 8am-10pm; Sat 10am-9pm; Sun 10am-6pm.

Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is a 2,650 square foot fitness facility available to tenants only. The facility includes women's and men's shower and locker rooms, a full range of weight machines and an assortment of aerobic equipment. A fitness trainer is on site twice per month, by appointment, at no cost. The fitness center is located on the P2 level of the building and can be accessed, via the garage shuttle elevators, using a Kastle security card key issued by the building management office. The center is open 5am - 9pm, 5 days a week.Rooftop Terrace
The rooftop terrace offers panoramic views of Washington, D.C. and is available for use by tenants. Tenants can access the rooftop with Kastle security card keys issued from the building management office. The terrace features outdoor tables, chairs and colorful plants. All main elevators at the penthouse level provide access to the roof.
Conference Center
Immediately adjacent to the penthouse elevator lobby is an 1,800 square foot conference centre for use by tenants, free of charge, through advance reservations. With immediate access to the rooftop terrace, the room provides a spacious area for special events and meetings. Phone service and an internet connection are available; tables and chairs are available and can be arranged by the user to meet almost any function requirements.

Hamilton Square Parking Garage
Hamilton Square has a 130-stall, three-level parking garage,
open 24 hours, seven days a week for monthly parking. Daily
parking for customers is available in the adjoining garage.
Metro Center Station
Metrorail's main station, Metro Center, is conveniently located one block east of Hamilton Square.
Vehicle accessibility
Hamilton Square is located one block
north of Pennsylvania Avenue and two blocks south of New York
Avenue, two of the city's primary arteries leading east to
the Baltimore-Washington Parkway, the Capital Beltway (I-495)
and US Route 50. It is also bordered by 14 th and 15 th Streets,
both provide access to the 14 th Street Bridge, which leads
to major commuter arteries in Northern Virginia including
Interstates 395/95, 295 and Route 66.
